Thank you for coming! I would like to tell you a little about me and my practice, as well as invite you to call me with any questions.
I believe every client is different, and have never ascribed to one-size-fits-all therapy. I look forward to meeting clients, truly hearing their concerns, and collaborating on a plan. I follow the latest research on mindfulness, and the neuroscience of therapy, which shows that we can actually change the neural pathways, allowing us to approach our lives in more positive, productive ways. These are exciting times for those who believe the therapy relationship can be transformative! I am certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and use it with many of my clients, not only for trauma processing and symptom reduction but performance enhancement, too. If it works, I am interested. That said, I appreciate that my clients may have a preference for one perspective or another, and that would be the defining factor of our plan.
